Caribbean Vegan Food with 2 different dry whites spiced up with some British rocksteady music!

The Delegators, I love this British ska and rocksteadyband, the singer, Janet is the Tina Turner of present days alternative mucic scene! A real cool, funky "frontwoman", with some young but very professional musicians behind her! I saw them twice in Brixton's  very own Hootananny. They rocked!
I am getting excited about this wine tasting for the Delegators' music!
Do you wanna dance with me?

This time,we will go vegan.
I asked for professional help, from none other than the beautiful Taymer Mason, the author of Caribbean Vegan cook book.If someone, the young Bajan lady can help me out, because I am going with 2 dry white wines from 2 different countries and these wines are totally different and were made to drink as aperitifs or served with meats!

The light, refreshing but fruity Aveleda Fonte,Vinho Verde, a nice Portugal wine.
In the opposite corner is a bottle of dry Tokaji Szamorodni, a characteristic,  medium bodied really fruity Tokaji wine.
These two wines are the greatest aperitifs, but the Portugal little brother was recommended with seafood and to light fish dishes while the big sister,  Szamorodni  even goes well with spicy meaty meals!
This time without meat, or any animal products - We Go Vegan!

By the way:
Try the Szamorodni with a Camacho Liberty 2009 cigar -this cigar's flavour is pretty complex!
That is why I think it would be a great partner of the Szamorodni, let see, raisins, sweet spices, roasted nuts and bit of oak can be recognised at the first smoke, coffee with light spiciness on the tongue, towards to the second half of the cigar, the oak and coffee notes are in more balanced and the cigar is mellowing up at the end. Some people do not like the mellow finish of a cigar but the Szamorodni gives a bit of magic touch to it, makes a nice light finish with a bit of soft spicy touch! Get on the boat to the Bocas, cooler bag keeps the wine chilled, pull out the Camacho, sit down at the back of the yacht and relax. Turn the volume up, and movin' on!
Babylon can be really enjoyable sometimes!
